Terms of Use

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal shopping and not to interfere with it, for example by scraping it, probing it for vulnerabilities, placing fraudulent orders or trying to access other people's accounts.

You can shop as a guest or create an account with an email and password, a one-time email code, or Google. Please keep your details accurate and your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at hello@societte.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.

• All prices are in US dollars. Tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, the price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If that happens after you've paid, we refund you in full.
• We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
• We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences from the photos are possible.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

One discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged or applied to past orders, and may have a minimum spend, an expiry date or a limited number of uses, as shown when you apply them. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.

Delivery times, shipping charges and our 30-day return policy are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of offensive, unlawful or promotional content. By posting a review, you allow us to display, reproduce and share it in connection with SOCIETTE. We may hide reviews that break these rules.

The SOCIETTE name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal shopping, but you may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
